Somebody who owns a house in Los Angeles County that is worth considerably more than they paid for it, and who has worked out that this creates a problem for their children.
We are not a high-net-worth tax shop. If your estate is genuinely into eight figures you want a firm that does nothing but that, and we will give you two names.

Why funding is included and not an upsell
An unfunded trust is a very expensive folder. Charging separately to finish the job it was sold to do has always struck us as backwards.
